I really liked the idea of a local gym that offers both personal training and fitness classes. The classes have been awesome with my favorite being the Kickboot class. Both Mike and Ally have taught the class each adding their own spin but both leaving me feeling like I actually accomplished something. I also liked that they modified exercises to meet my fitness level. The trainers and instructors at Twy-fit have all been friendly, positive and encouraging; it was an overall great experience.
I have trained with Ryan for more than a month by now and I have only positive things to mention about him. From the first meeting, Ryan has met and exceeded my expectations. His method of training is generating results for me and I have yet to have a sore muscle. The sessions are varied and never boring. Ryan pays close attention to how the trainee performs the exercises and constantly questions for pain, burn, strain. while correcting body posture for best results. His nutrition recommendations are easy to follow.I appreciate the fact that Ryan encourages healthy eating habits for weight control rather than pills and powders and all sorts of diets. All the training sessions that we go through are tailored to my specific goals that I set during the first meeting. Ryan is constantly adjusting my workout sessions to make sure that I am making steady progress. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend Ryan as a personal trainer. Ryan is full of energy but not overwhelming, has a positive attitude, always on time, has a wealth of knowledge relative to the human body muscles and how to best put them to work His approach is on the opposite spectrum of "one size fits all" training method and I really appreciate that.
Michelle is passionate about fitness and a great motivator. I trained with Michelle in Chicago losing 44 lbs in four months and in the best shape of my life. Connie has been a terrific coach. I've been working out with her consistently twice a week since June 2, 2017. She is completely reliable and punctual. Also always friendly and upbeat without being intrusive. She is supportive, nonjudgmental, and responsive to my physical status. She is eager to provide the specific type of training and any particular accommodations that I may need. In terms of the training itself, she has a huge repertoire and is always mixing it up to keep things fresh and keep my muscles working their hardest. Her knowledge is impressive. I recommend her most highly!
Tay is the best personal trainer that I have ever hired! She is very professional and knows her stuff. Our workouts are not only challenging, but so much fun! Each day she customizes a different workout to my body type and fitness level, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Eating healthy and working out with her have now become staples in my weekly schedule. She even has solutions for eating healthier and exercises that you can easily do on your own when you’re not training with her. I couldn’t imagine working out with any other trainer!
Chris is the absolute best! He customizes each workout to fit your needs and switches things up each time so you never get bored of doing the same thing. Extremely flexible with his schedule and will often work around my hectic schedule to ensure I can get my three workouts in a week. He’s always bringing in new equipment and his gym is completely on trend with the industry. While Chris takes your goals into consideration, the best part is you often get a total body workout in during each session. Scott is a great trainer. He is responsive to his clients needs and abilities and adjusts workouts accordingly to maximize the benefits. He always watches form and corrects where needed. I like that he starts a workout with mobility training to loosen you up. He's also very easy to talk to. I've enjoyed all of his workouts!

I hired Ben when I was working on getting healthy. I had been working on dropping 60lbs and with his help on diet I was successful. Ben, with his fitness training prepared healthy and delicious foods. He really worked with me with each menu to make great dishes. Bravo Ben!!
My wife and I have been working with Kyle for just over a half a year now. With our initial plan on getting health we felt working out would be the way to go. While most personal trainers focus on either your endurance, strength or stability, Kyle focuses on all three and more. From setting up monthly workplans, nutrition guides, or fitness training, it provides a well rounded experience. Over the past few months, Jake has truly helped me gain control of my life again. I have always had such a bad relationship with food and he helped change that. He is such a knowledgeable trainer and he used his knowledge to tailor a program just for me. We worked together for two weeks trying new things to figure out what worked best for me. I am now healthier than ever and have a better relationship with food. I have also trained at the gym with Jake and have learned to really test my limits. Jake pushed me every day to push my limits a little each day and I have reached new personal records with my weight lifting. Overall AWESOME experience training with him and continue to do so!

From the moment I walked into studio 59, it felt like home. Everyone there is extremely friendly, they treat all their clients like family. They are all extremely knowledgeable and committed to helping you achieve your goals. Not like every other gym, it’s a fun atmosphere, I look forward to my weekly training sessions. Not to mention how clean and gorgeous the studio is. Very reasonable also. I would definitely recommend studio 59 to anyone looking for a personal trainer or any of the other numerous services they offer.
