- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All quotes include a rough calculation of delivery of services, food costs, and supplies. Final estimates will also include any necessary alterations in costs (once the service address and final guest numbers have been provided), plus required taxes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a phone call in to put a voice with the name, also, to feel out the vibe of the event from the client. It's good to know what that are looking for so I can tailor our suggestions to the mood they are trying to set. This also gives me an opportunity to discover any food sensitivities we need to be aware of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts (Honors Graduate). I have also traveled extensively within the U.S. and several countries abroad with the privilege of learning from local cooks rich in the cultures of their lands.
