Met Jeff Cobb at a homeshow where we discussed a big gutter/soffit/ frieze board project. We agreed on a price of over $6000. and wanted $3000 down, he agreed to 30%. He did not show up at all on the first day. After starting the project things seemed to go as planned. Jeff did ask for a $1000 advance due to material costs. After the project was nearing completion, we talked about things that needed to be tweaked, such as rivets and such. Jeff did go beyond what we had asked by making the downspouts lager at on end of the house, and installing downspout caps where they meet the old drain pipes, nice. However, after the job was completed we could not open either bathroom windows account the new trim material was blocking the crank out windows. My wife talked with Jeff face to face about this when he came by to take some pictures. After he failed to follow up on this repair, I called Jeff myself and left a message on his phone explaining our dilemma. That was over a month ago, no calls, no show, no nothing. I had to fix the issues myself. Apparently we didn't spend enough money to get follow-up service.

Had gutters installed. Did a decent job but noticed a small issue after it was completed. I have made at least a dozen calls and none are returned. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I needed the down spout to my rain gutters repaired. It had broken off during a storm. Jeff came out, repaired the downspout and even went around the outside of my house, securing the other spouts as well. I am very pleased with All Gutter Systems East, and will definitely be using them in the future to replace my entire rain gutter system.
