We have had several meals prepared by Chef Cathy and all were outstanding. The portions are very large and we end up with extras for lunch or the next day for dinner. I have to say she made the best risotto I have ever eaten. Her delivery service makes it very accommodating for her clients. Once the food is delivered everything is neatly organized and in their own containers and I love the easy simple to read instructions for reheating. If she had a restaurant it would be difficult not to eat there everyday.

Nicole is as passionate about cooking good food as anyone could be about anything! Add that to her extensive training, and her outgoing personality, and it is the perfect recipe for a great experience! Everything from "Old-Country" Italian dishes to mouth-watering salmon plates. Appetizers, side dishes and decadent desserts; she does them all masterfully. Although I could go on for hours about how delicious the food is, It's JUST Food LLC has given me an education on cooking! I now have the confidence to try new things and try to "create" things. I no longer just stick to my comfort zone. I am free to explore! Sometimes it's a hit and other times, not so much! But as Nicole has taught me... It's JUST Food!!
