- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each event has a standard price. Travel is addition within a standard formula. Customer can opt for additional services such as custom backgrounds ($25 per) and picture frames (varies depending on quality desired).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with the customer to find out what their specific needs are for their event. We also answer any questions about our service and set goals and schedule for the event. After we agree on all terms for the event a contract is issued.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Diploma Gull Lake High School 1986. B.S. Northern Michigan University 1992. Professional computer work since 1984. Expertise with Adobe Photoshop and Premier, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Widows operating systems. Expertise in social networking including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
