"Kyle is an excellent personal trainer. Since starting with him in Dec 2016, I've seen sigficant gains in strength and overall fitness. He is focused, adaptive, and responsive in creating an individualized exercise program for his clients. There are lots of gung ho "meathead" trainers out there who aren't responsive to client needs and push their clients in inappropriate ways - a sure-fire recipe for injury. Kyle is *NOT* like that at all. He is supportive and encouraging, never judgemental, and finds ways to challenge you physically without exposing you to the potential for injury. As a 37 y/o, physically active male who has experienced a range of injuries over the years, I've found that Kyle has been completely responsive to my fitness needs and willing to work with me every step of the way achieve my fitness goals."
