After 3 visits finally got the work done right. I had several over the counter outlets, three under the counter lights installed, an outlet for the garbage disposal and one switch moved to the opposite end of the room. His crew left debris in the cabinets, a hole the size of a switchbox in the wall behind the refrigerator (didn't mention that to me), a hole in the wall next to one wall switch (he did mention that to me), which I had to pay another person to repair. One of the cheap three LED lights installed under the cabinet was applied with apoxy and not mounted, it fell within a couple of days. On one of the other lights the was hanging and visible. I purchased the lights (no credit for the cheap LED lights), and he did return and install them. Mike acknowledged the problems and did return to resolve the issues. He's a nice guy and I hate to give this rating, but the truth is the truth.

Worked with another electrical company prior to Precision Power. The electrician I was working with was taking awhile to figure out what our electrical problem was. Charging us with multiple visits. Without a solution. When it was finally figured out. They explained very little about what the fix entailed. Just gave me a quote. I called Precision Power for a second opinion and quote. They figured out the same issue right away after hearing what we were experiencing and quoted us slightly lower. What I really liked about Precision was how the owner (mater electrician) stepped us through what they were going to have to do to fix the problem. And, to also bring us up to code. They also worked on the weekend without an extra cost to us. Which enabled us to get the problem resolved fast. Which was a full electrical panel replacement. The owner was also good about keeping in contact with us throughout the process. Would hire them again.

Most of our jobs require an onsite review to quote correctly. We can give a close bid over the phone on many jobs with a few questions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we need to see the project or prints to give an accurate bid, however many smaller jobs can be bid over the phone
