- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A rate sheet is available on request. Prices can be negotiated based on project, options, and distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contract has been discussed and signed we receive a deposit to lock in the date. We follow up later to confirm location, times, dates, booth type and location, and confirm contract details, ask about colors and text desired on the booth screen and the photo strips.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years New York Institute of Photography, 5 years salaried staff photographer at General Motors, 5 years owned and operated a state wide fundraising family photo business, as well as training in graphic arts.
