- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for multiple services contracted for along with a home inspection, such as water quality testing, well inspections, septic inspections, radon testing, or pest inspections. Also, we are very competitive with our pricing. We offer a good quality service for an affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically arriving 15-20 minutes early to start the exterior inspection before everyone arrives. We look at everything - Exterior, driveways, walkways, roof, foundation, siding, windows, trimming, doors, gutters, exterior electrical, and air conditioner - Garage, doors, electrical, floor, framing and garage ceiling - Kitchen, electrical, plumbing, fixtures, appliances, floors, walls, and ceiling - Bathrooms/bedrooms, sinks, fixtures, tubs, toilets, venting, electrical, floors, walls - Attics, venting, electrical, insulation - Basements, including heating and water heaters, electrical, plumbing, floors, walls - Crawl spaces.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our inspector, Bill Foster, has studied with INTERNACHI (NACHI), the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and is certified by them. He also trained with other certified home inspectors and continues to further his education with INTERNACHI continuing education. Bill also has been a licensed builder.
