Latest Review: There are times in our busy lives we lose track of our health and our inability to stay fit. We do not realize how important eating healthy and staying in shape is, until we hit that dead end and our body and mind no longer can function properly.
It is a certain person, who steps into your life and makes you conscious of how crucial it is to focus on yourself, mentally, physically, and emotionally. And for this, I owe it to one unique, extraordinary, intelligent, energized, determined, focused, young lady I have the privilege of calling my mentor, Amanda Fisher.
Amanda approached me one day as she invited me to attend one of her boot camp sessions. There were no strings attached, she did not hassle me to attend, just asking to try it and see how I feel about it. Of course, my mind felt as though I really needed some change in my life, although my body wasnt havent it. It almost seemed as though my brain was playing mind games with me. I literally had one excuse of not going after another.
After much thought, I did attend her boot camp session. BEST decision ever!
Amanda is an awesome trainer! Focusing on each individuals physical capabilities. Gentle, but motivating you to push and take the next step. Her workout principles consist of stretching techniques, movement drills, and prevention of injuries. Amandas approach is to incorporate physical activity, conditioning that maintains performance, prevents injury and illness, and maintains a state of health and well-being within your life.
Its with sadness I say this; she is no longer in Arizona, but Michigan you have gained an asset, an Awesome Physical Trainer that is!!!!
