I worked with Brian for over 2 years. He's incredibly dedicated to his craft and really cares about his clients. Every time I asked him a question he replied in depth and usually providing the rational behind the way he designed my training. I really liked this! On a personal level, he's caring, polite and sensitive to my needs. This was important for me as I have a disability in my feet that was quite limiting to certain movements. Brian intelligently modified my training to work around it. I've never felt better! I can't recommend him enough. He really does care!
I love GForce! From Melissa and Theresa to Diane, the fabulous combat instructor to Wayne Wu....trainer extrodinaire! The GFX small group training has been a needed and fun addition to my workout routine. Wayne is so knowledgeable and well-qualified in the fitness training arena. He pushes you to reach your personal best, but is very cognizant of tailoring your workout to meet your needs and past injuries. I love my GFX training!

Chad is very professional but does have fun during training sessions. Time isn’t wasted chatting. He makes sure your form is correct to prevent injuries. Gets back to you in a timely manner on questions and dates of sessions. Awesome person to workout with.
Nelly not only helped me with weight loss and getting toned, but she helped me gain knowledge about my body and working out. Nelly is well-educated not only in creating fun and personal workouts but in the physiology of what your workouts do for your body. She cares about her clients and she listens to their needs whether it is to lose a couple pounds for a wedding or get that beach body for spring break. She is motivating and loves what she does. This radiates from her and gets passed along to her clients. I moved from Grand Rapids to Phoenix and I still ask her to send me workouts via email because I do not want to experience another personal trainer. I recommend Nelly to anyone who wants to become more fit, gain more knowledge about their body, and meet an awesome person!

I first started working with Karie in a personal training capacity about 2 years ago. I'll tell ya, it wasn't easy, but she has taught me what it really meant to push myself and that I could go a lot farther than I thought I could. She also provided me with nutrition recommendations and I learned a lot about clean eating and they are things that live in my life still to this day. I've worked with Karie in a group training session since then and she's still known as the trainer that will push you. She's also taught me to do a lot on my own and I'm now completely comfortable in the gym working out by myself all because of her. She'll stay very real with you though and knows you have a life to live outside of the time you spend in the gym and cooking healthy meals. If you want someone that only pushes you as much as you let them, thats not Karie. If you want someone that won't hold you accountable, thats not Karie. If you want someone that wants you to learn, grow and be a healthier you, that is Karie. I believe she really wants you to get the most out of the services she provides. I'd recommend her to anyone :)

I've had a few seasons with Autrey and so far I am loving it. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I am the type of person who needs an extra push while working out and he is a great motivator. We have yet to repeat any 1 exercise, and with all of the different equipment in the studio - I know that training will never be boring. I plan to keep training with Autrey and will commit to a healthier diet as well. I am confident that with those elements combined, I can achieve my fitness goals.
