- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a basic range from 10 to 15 dollar's per person. I find out what their budget is and work within that budget. Have always been able to come up with a nice meal within in a client's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with them first to find out exactly what they are looking for. I find out their budget. I come up with a well balanced meal within their budget. We meet and try samples and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have cooked for several years and owned a successful café that had a good following and good reviews. I just cater now, for former customers, friends and family.
