Gabe was very professional, communicated effectively, and did a nice job of constructing the closet organizer we'd purchased, as well as repairing the rock on the exterior of our home. Would definitely recommend him!
I had a great experience with David. He had great communication and was very punctual. He did a great job fixing my hardwood floor.
Very knowledgeable professional very clean when he does his jobs cleans up after himself never leaves a mess which was important to me also knows a lot about a lot different little things in a home that needs to be repaired he can repair them everything works fine he's a wonderful Carpenter I recommend him highly
Mike Foor is 100% professional, reliable, knows what he is doing. He is an artist of a repair person. We could not be happier with the work he did to fix multiple doors, one of which was literally falling off the house. The doors are better now than when they were originally installed. I would hire Mike again in a heartbeat for any job.
CKL Construction worked within my timeline and budget-very reasonable and up front about pricing. They did a great job and were able to work independently, make judgement calls as well as having skill over quite a range of repairs/remodeling. Definitely recommend.
Mike gave us a beautiful new kitchen (cabinets, countertops, sink) another time he put crown molding in our dining room. We have enjoyed them and We were so happy with the results.
Tomas, with TC Renovations, came to my rescue two months or so ago after I posted a help needed ad on the Nextdoor app. If I recall correctly, my ad stated: "Crashing gutters, need help" or something to that effect. He came over, was able to restore, replace, repair (all of the above) various gutters and then expressed concern about the lethal icicles hanging down from the roofline. That opened up a whole new conversation as to the poor ventilation and insulation of my 100 year old home, as well as his concern that the massive icicles could be damaging my roof. Years ago I had received a quote for fixing all of my ventilation and insulation woes, and don't recall how much it was for, except that it was going to cost an arm and a leg, and at that time I had neither to spare. Tomas thoroughly maneuvered his way through the various nooks and crannies of the attic area, measured, took photos, found leaks, damaged rafters and other areas of concern, then later that evening wrote up an extremely detailed email outlining all of the work that needed to be done to make my home a whole lot cozier, not to mention safer. I appreciated the way he broke things down into chunks and provided options, depending on how much I wanted or was able to spend. He did some of the work on evenings and Saturdays, and the bulk of it while I was at work on two separate Tuesdays. The house was empty but I had nary a fear about leaving it open to him. I ended up paying for every option he outlined on the list, as it all just made sense and, although I did not request a second opinion, felt his quotes were reasonable. He finished in a reasonable amount of time. His communication (text, email, in person) was excellent. He bulked up the insulation in my home from way below code (R12) to above code (R61) - and wow can I tell the difference! He was able to provide photos of the various repairs and work he did. The attic is now vented and filled with new insulation, the various openings that had been gaping and drafty with old insulation spilling out are now sealed, tidy and neatly framed in with wood. In fact, I commented on one of the attic closures he built, and his response was, in essence: "I care about my work and want things to look good." I plan to hire Tomas in the future for additional work on this old house. In fact, I take comfort in knowing that I can call on someone like Tomas and trust that he will do a great job at a fair price.
Andrew had painted my living room, kitchen and hallways as well as repairing my deck for me. He was very professional and completed the work within the time frame he had said, I definitely recommend A&M construction if you are looking for great work at even better prices. Thank you again Andrew!
Keith did a great job repairing drywall, where we had removed a wall in a bathroom. He also repaired and textured the ceiling. He worked quickly, cleaned up, and was very pleasant.
Tony did a great job with our master bathroom remodel. He is very skilled at tiling, and the overall quality of his work and attention to detail is excellent. The timeline was a little longer than anticipated but well worth the extra few weeks. Also, Tony is very trustworthy and pleasant to do business with, and his father and son (who helped with our job) were a delight!
Robert went out of his way to accommodate my time schedule for needing an appliance installed. Did an excellent job. Would definitely call on him again for future work.
Matthew is very pleasant, attentive, and concerned with the needs of the customer. I asked him to repair a floor that was buckling and was preventing the functionality of the door. He was on site quickly and did a good job.
Lee Purches did a great job repairing the rotting wood around the garage door and above. He is a perfectionist, knows everything about construction, and very polite. We are glad we used Mr. Purches.
Jim did quite a bit of restoration work on a 15-year old house that we purchased including replacing the roof and gutters, rebuilding the deck, fixing the attic ventilation system, reinforcing squeaky floors and replacing thermopane windows. He is a meticulous and thoughtful worker and really understands how things are supposed to work. He provides real value to his customers. He will get all of our future business.
