- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always come out and give a free estimate, unless the job is very far, then we charge a trip charge, which the customer will not have to pay if we receive the job. We are fair and flexible in our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we give a free estimate and the customer signs the contract with a 50% deposit. We explain everything that we are going to do according to the contract and communicate with the customer every step of the way so that they are aware of exactly what is going on while the job is underway.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years experience and training the painting and carpentry industry.
