Nelly not only helped me with weight loss and getting toned, but she helped me gain knowledge about my body and working out. Nelly is well-educated not only in creating fun and personal workouts but in the physiology of what your workouts do for your body. She cares about her clients and she listens to their needs whether it is to lose a couple pounds for a wedding or get that beach body for spring break. She is motivating and loves what she does. This radiates from her and gets passed along to her clients. I moved from Grand Rapids to Phoenix and I still ask her to send me workouts via email because I do not want to experience another personal trainer. I recommend Nelly to anyone who wants to become more fit, gain more knowledge about their body, and meet an awesome person!

Chalene was very inviting and super friendly! She took the time to design a workout specific to what would benefit me the most and I am very happy with the outcome. I recommend her to everyone!

Its hard to find a personal trainer, in my opinion, that makes you feel comfortable in such a potentially uncomfortable situation. However, Chalene did exactly that! Like most women, I've been more concerned with the numbers on a scale than feeling good about myself. But Chalene is helping me realize that my self esteem is more important than standards others set for myslef.

Since April 2014, Chalene has been helping me to get back into exercising after having recovered from a broken wrist and a broken shoulder. She's very careful and watchful to make sure that I don't re-injure myself. I have appreciated her patience with me and she gave me follow up exercises that I can do at home to keep my strength & fitness level up. I feel stronger and healthier and my body is more toned, too.
