Introduction: I have 30 yrs experience in helping you to get your home in order. I specialize in organizing and deep cleaning. I don't take shortcuts. I am thorough. I use only Green products in most cases and products that are harmless to children and to pets. I am negotiable on 'all' pricing! For regular cleaning: This includes dusting, mopping, vacuuming, straightening, washing front and tops of all counters, and appliances. Making sure that all trash is emptied and carried out. I will ask you for a list of what you would like done. I also do laundry if needed for 8.00's extra and ironing for extra also. I will also do all cobwebs on walls doorways and ceilings. For deep cleaning: I will do the same as listed above including the inside and outside windows for additional charge. I will not climb on ladders though. I will deep clean closets and organize them. I will even sort with you to donate things you don't need or get them ready for a garage sale. I will assist in the sale also if you need me to. Also, if you have an office space and need it set up or organized, I will do for a separate price. Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly Cleaning: I do these jobs and price them according to square footage of the area to be cleaned and how many bathrooms and bedrooms and floors in the home, etc. My weekly rates are priced per job and not hourly. Weekly average rate is 55.00's plus additional on larger homes with several baths. Biweekly average rate is 75.00 plus additional on larger homes with several baths. Monthly average rate is 150.00 same as above due to the amount of time between cleaning. Again, all rates are negotiable! I will come and look at the job before committing if you need me to and are not over 15 miles from me. I also do pet sitting if you are going on vacation or have something or somewhere to go that he or she cannot go with.
