Shawn was very adaptable to our needs and wants. She was very good at presenting multiple options and making adjustments based on what we liked and didn't like. Most of our drawings were conceptual only, which is exactly what we needed. meeting times were very flexible...nights and weekends.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial consultation fee is $300.00. If a client contracts for 8 or more design hours, $150.00 is credited back for design fees. After that, design fees are $75.00 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I schedule a consultation. There is a fee involved, but 50% of it is refunded if the client chooses to contract for more design hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All designers are required to complete a certain number of continuing education hours each year.
