- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing isn't difficult, I'm trying to get my foot in the door, and gain more experience, so I have decided to try set pricing: Makeup/Makeover: $40 (I come to you) Prom/Formal/Party: $40 (I come to you) Bride: $80 (includes trial, day of, lashes and long lasting lip color) bridesmaid: $35 (add $5 for lashes) Mother of the Bride: $30 (may need to charge extra, depending on your location to cover extra gas)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been an artist at heart, since I was a kid, and makeup is just a different form of art, a different "paint" you could say, and your face, the "canvas" to let my artistic abilities roam.
