- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ad management typically includes a one-time setup fee, followed by reasonable monthly fees with a 60-day termination clause. We aren't the cheapest option because we obsess over every partnership, giving each one the attention they deserve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking you to email us a few details about your product or service, goals, budget for advertising, and timeline. Then, we schedule a half-hour Zoom call. If a partnership makes sense, we send an e-signable agreement and a link to a Google Sheet that contains a few short lists that your team can build to help us get started (goals, nuances, top competitors, top keywords, etc.).
