She taught me fantastic recipes using different cheeses and all from scratch. Her food presentation is first class and everything she makes will make your taste buds ask for more.

I have attended several classes and even went to the sessions on Heritage Food Day. While my favorite class, by far, was soap making (I felt like I was working in a lab!-Science is cool!); I use what I learned in the Pie Making Class much more (especially near holidays). I like the fact that she tells you, and can show you, how people a long time ago did things (like putting wax on top of jars whereas we use canning lids). Some of her classes come with snacks. I have developed an severe desire for her Summer Salsa. It is so delicious!

Her knowledge of food and nutrition extends from advanced culinary concepts, to the simple side dish and they are never mundane. She is very easy to work with and for. She can cook, she can teach, work side by side and she can create a savory dish from food scraps if she had to. I find her delightful and her food inspiring. I also own a her books and have bought them for all the good cooks in my life.

Like she is an importer /exporter best gowns and shoes choices you can find anywhere. She was a Fashion Designer was her second talent. Marketing and Advertising her last talent and you can guess how she promoted our moment with class and I am proud to say I was her first BIG Wedding. Trust me she is sweet as pie and will bend over backwards for you. I cant say anything is wrong with her. Oh she save us $3,667.00 at the end of the wedding and handed us our card with where we saved our money. Our honeymoon she picked was dreamy.
Crystal catered a fundraiser that we had for a local organization. She had fantastic food and was really easy to work with. Her staff looked clean and were very friendly. The food was served on time, and was promptly replace as needed. Crystal went above and beyond because all the pasta and sauces we ordered where hand made. The only thing that we needed to change, and may have been my fault for not requesting, was two serving lines. But other than that people were very impressed with the food.
