- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer Discounts based on duration of training session and the frequency of training sessions. Prices vary depending on travel and location if I travel to my customer. I will work with any budget to help people get healthy!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet to do an initial evaluation. The first thing we will do is a brief questionnaire about their health history. This will be followed by discussing the goals they wish to achieve from training. Lastly, we will do a Functional Movement Screen, which will allow me to observe how a client can benefit from training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. I am a certified trainer that is CPR/AED certified. I am a Musculosystematic Engineer (MsE). MsE is the priming, activation, and/or reactivation of neuromuscular pathways necessary for the proper movement of human beings using a trademarked process of body positioning and innervation. I have worked with all ages and fitness levels, which helped me gain extensive knowledge on how to meet any client wherever they may be at on their fitness journey.
