What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin, there is an initial survey about yourself, your history, and your future goals that you want to accomplish. This will help us create specific plans dedicated to your own goals. Depending on what you are working on, your coach will provide sessions, weekly, or monthly plans that will help coach you to success.
