- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by identifying your needs with our solutions and offerings to make sure we are a good fit for each other. We identify project scope together with required website features, size of website and overall deliverables in a project proposal for you review. After the proposal is approved we conduct a project kick-off meeting to review the expectations for the project, answer questions, and outline our project timeline and next steps. For Web Design projects we take up to 3 weeks to deliver a draft website and provide a link for you to view the website. We generally take another 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the website - to go over revisions and changes on the website to tighten up the site in it's preparation to Go-Live on your domain name. After the site is approved, we process the balance on your account and push the site live. This process takes up to 5 business days from time of approval. This time factors in pre-launch and post-launch website check lists, quality assurance checking, and waiting on domain name / DNS settings to propagate across the internet for your new website to route to your domain name. We have several levels of Web Plans that include managed website hosting, site maintenance, managed content updates, security updates / checks, and ongoing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) campaigns.
