We tailor each and every event to the specific need of the client making sure it is customized for them to achieve their ultimate satisfaction. We do baby showers, birthdays, bachelor(ette) events, weddings, anniversaries, and basically anything down to just a simple dinner. We can do it all or just a little bit. Need to use one of our awesome party buses and that's it, that will work. Do you need someone to help at your wedding just for the day? We can do it. Do you need us just to plan a retirement? We have it under control. Being in michigan i decided to go to michigan state university then get a 9-5 job in the healthcare industry. Soon after i realized i was good at what i did but i am better at what i love. Through a series of events i ended up back here where seeing the joy on my clients faces is my most rewarding experience. My broad range of credentials and travel make me diverse and affordable. Being down to earth is a quality we all should possess so for my services, people ask! Let's use your wedding as our example. You view it as the best day of your life -- the "big day". This happens once in a lifetime and I am here to make sure it is everything you have ever wanted. What you really want to know about? How much? Not only will I work within your budget (meaning I'm not going to be trying to sell you extra things and use hardcore sales tactics, no one has time for that-especially when planning your wedding), I will be available for you when you need m anytime, yes literally. 4 a.m. is okay. Let's hear what you have to say! I will not have some small writing in your contract that says you can contact our organization 2 times a week or it will be an additional million dollars. I also will not charge traditionally always if not needed. Traditionally, for the planning of the wedding it costs 5% to 15% of your entire budget and then on the day of the event and even the rehearsal days, each of those are usually an additional 500 on up. In some cases pricing could work out like all the other companies, just with better quality and most likely better price. Using the example above, a wedding let's say, you have chosen your venue and booked it and already paid for it, maybe the day you decided to get married. Come to present day-it could be three years later, I am not going to go back and do anything more than see if i can get you more for your money, etc. I am not going to charge to find the venue because you already did that. I am not going to charge you to do things you have already done. I guess the main point here is that I am here to work with you. Relationship it is important to me that you feel comfortable telling me anything. I do not what anything to get in the way of your event, so feeling at ease with your planner is a huge deal. This is where the misconception comes from that event planners cost extra money when usually, in the end, weddings and events with a coordinator cost less because of our connections. Networking with other vendors to get the best deals in the industry. It does work! Often times with us you can get a photographer, dj, caterer or other vendor that normally may be out of the budget but because of personal relationships it works. To keep all these lines of communication open this is why i wont charge or limit your contact to me. I want to know your random thoughts, last minute things you forget, or if you just need a second to talk. The best part for you! You get to blame it all on the event planner. We are the buffer, problem solver, miracle workers throughout the process and on that day. Personally, anxiety hits me when I think of my entire family all being in the same room, even if it were some giant field. Well you have us to take care of all those needs. Think that you won't have any issues or snags with family, friends, officiants or whomever? You are wrong, unless you are thinking of some hallmark movie but we are here to save the day and be your buffer. Our in-house DJ is amazing and even does specialty light shows!
