The home buying process can be pain staking, however lucky for my spouse and I, Stephanie made our first time experience effortless. She had a great sense of urgency, was mindful of our needs and kept us on track of our deadline to close on our home. In fact, we were able to close on our home a month earlier than anticipated. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should know that if they are buying a home then my services are FREE. If they are selling a home then the fee is 7% (4% listing agent and 3% buyers agent) of sale price of home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet and introduce ourselves, Next we work on getting the client approved to purchase a home, then we look at homes that meet the clients needs and when the client finds one that’s right for them we put in an offer!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a state license for the state of Michigan as a Realtor, ‘Sales Person’
