Hardwood Classics Restoration sanded and refinished the floors in two of the upstairs bedrooms in our Northville home. They were very professional and the workmanship was top notch - the floors look great. We were so pleased with the results, we called them back two weeks later to pull carpet and refinish the hardwood floors in our living and dining rooms. The rooms look fantastic with their newly finished floors. Thanks to Reba and his team!

A week off schedule and poor workmanship.. Wish I could go back in time and hire a more professional crew.

I personally apologize about your bad experience, but I don't believe this is entirely accurate. We have never been 1week off schedule. As for craftsmanship, I wouldn't sell any job I wasn't happy with. And for any reason if you were not happy, I'd be happy to compensate or address any concerns. But however, I'm sorry about your experience and if you were not anonymous I would try to make amends.

Reba did a great job with our floors. He is extremely knowledgeable about repairs, replacing boards, etc. and is quick to explain things and not just tell you what "has to be done." His pricing is very fair for the work that he completed for us (which included adding more work after the project began!). I would highly recommend him to anyone needing flooring work done.
