What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard a la carte coaching rate is $300 per hour. Rates are a bit power when it comes to my coaching packages (1, 2 and 3 month packages) and special sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the client decides they want to work with me, they choose their package/pay for services. We set a time (s) to meet and before we begin, the client completes a questionnaire.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16 years of experience working with clients, designing systems that help people get and stay organized, and helping people find the reasons for their productivity challenges and remedy the issues so they can get things done. I also have my own signature system for helping people discover their relationship with time. In addition the the 16 years I've been in business, I have 15 years of business experience from corporate America and life experience that I've learned many things from.
