Yes, I charge cleanings based off of square footage and determine weather a job is high or low maintenance. These things are all entered into a formula to come up with a fair price.

I usually work for hard working professionals. They usually have a limited amount of time and cleaning is something they rather let someone else so they can enjoy their family.
