Introduction: I take the time with each client to know what they are looking for in their finished portraits. I work with them during the session to look their best and feel comfortable. I allow extra time for children to allow them to feel relaxed and this helps mom and dad to have a great time with the session as well. I enjoy working with my clients. They give me the chance to try new things, see things from a different perspective, and grow in my ability as a photographer. I also like hearing how much they like what we have done together and how it made them feel good about who they are and what they are about. I have done my job well when they say there are so many great photos that they can't choose one but need them all.

Many times the pets are included in the family portrait in thier own surroundings where they are comfortable. Rose Hendershot even goes to nursing care facilites or assisted living homes for portraits of your elderly family members. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is about mid-range for photographers in my area. I feel that the ability of the photographer to capture the moment is something that should be considered above price. I strive to connect with my client and know what the client is looking for in the finished photographs and give the client individual and personal attention.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the client so we can discuss the plan for the session. We discuss things like location, colors, mood and where the finished photographs will be displayed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned my Masters of Photography degree from Professional Photographers of America. This is earned by a combination of education, teaching and competition.
