Negative feelings happen, fear happens. I can help you acknowledge that in a way that you are not overwhelmed.

I am your sounding board and champion to develop your heart and desire to be able to get where you want to go. I develop individual strategies that work for your unique personality, skill set, experience and desires. I will provide opportunities to learn and grow and empower you for a fulfilling life, that sustains your heart, mind, and finances.
I am an internationally certified Professional Life and Career Coach, I have a Bachelor of Psychology, from the University of Wollongong and I specialize in HR and work-related fields of psychology. I have a Diploma in Workplace Training and Assessment. I have over 20 years of experience in helping people create and maintain the best workplace environments for themselves. My commitment to creating meaningful change has seen me featured in has been featured on the BBC, ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation), The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, Medium Magazine, Authority, Entrepreneur Magazine and Buzzfeed.
I firmly believe that everyone is doing the best that they can. Also, those choices can be confusing and want to empower you to make well-informed choices that keep moving you closer to where you want to be. Having someone help you to achieve that is a wise investment in yourself.
When I moved to the USA, Australians couldn't have dual Citizenship, I spent 7 years lobbying for change and made it happen. The best-laid plans bring challenges, but I am a living example of being the change you want to be.
To do so, I will partner with you to discover your strengths by using some standard workplace assessments and conversations together to ensure that you get the very best out of your time with me. We will develop strategies to move forward and build accountability that works for you!
I will work with you to dig through all of the hurt and then the stinking thoughts that become our inner narrative that become our habits. It will take some time and courage but I will be here for you each step of the way.
