Kari is a very professional Massage Therapist. Her treatment room was clean, prepped, and ready when I walked in. She was the first therapist of five that I reached out to. Her initial response was less than an hour from the time I sent out my inquiries. Only one other a therapist responded to me (2 out of 5 is pretty poor performance for thumbtack). The second response I received was nearly 24 hours after Kari’s. If you’re in the Holland, MI area, you must book an appointment with Kari. Your body will thank you!!!!! Thank you so much for your kind words!
By far the best, and most effective in treating my back pain, massage I've ever had.Feb 11, 2020
I received massage therapy for my leg pain before knee replacement surgery. Even though the main issue is arthritis, Kari's skilled massage of my leg muscles greatly reduced my pain.Feb 11, 2020
I did not know that massage could help so much with my chronic pain. Having Kari work on my shoulder, back, and knee left me feeling better than I had in years of physical therapy and chiropractors. She is kind and knows her stuff!Feb 12, 2020
Kari is amazing! She was personable, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and provided a relaxing and thereapeutic massage. I've visited a number of places in the past and Muscle and Lymph Massage Therapy is most definitely my favorite. I'll be going back again soon!Feb 14, 2020
License Type: Massage Therapist (MI)
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing for massage or lymph drainage: 30 min: $45 60 min: $80 90 min: $120 Pricing for scar release: $45 per session (up to 30 min)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In addition to my massage therapy certification, I am also trained in lymph drainage and scar release. Lymph drainage helps with any issue related to the lymphatic system, so it helps with swelling, edema, lymphedema, inflammation, post-surgical recovery, and wound healing. Scar release softens fibrous scar tissue allowing it to move and bend more normally. It also reduces the pain caused by stiff scars pulling on the surrounding tissue and can even normalize hyper-sensitive or numbed nerve sensation in the area.
