I will always do my best to give my customers the best price that I can on new equipment and I'm always willing to give a discount when fixing equipment sometimes I hate being the bearer of bad news and telling them that their equipment cannot be fixed so I tried to work with people and give them the best deal that is possible in the market
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
finding out exactly what their concerns are with their water and finding the best way to give them good drinking water for their family I always have time for my customers to discuss their concerns did they have with their water
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree through wqa which is water quality Association. I do 25 hours a year online to keep my certifications and to learn about new technologies
