Cheryl did the flowers for my wedding and I found that she is an easy and professional person to work with. We met for an original consultation very soon after our original contact via Thumbtack, and she was both professional and personable. Over the next few months, she answered all of my follow up questions via email quickly and included pictures so I could see what she was thinking and the flowers she was referring to (we live in another state and were planning long distance). The day of the wedding she arrived on time, had everything labeled as promised, and the flowers looked beautiful - exactly as she had described and we had agreed upon. She did an altar arrangement, three bridesmaid bouquets, one bridal bouquet, three corsages and 8 boutonnières. Overall, working with Cheryl was a great experience.

I offer an initial consultation and a quote at no charge. You will find my prices very reasonable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For couples available in the Lansing and surrounding areas, I like to meet in person for the initial consultation. For couples living outside the greater Lansing area, consultations are done via email and phone.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It is best to have a budget in mind before scheduling a consultation or requesting a quote.
