Introduction: I come to you, you don't have to sign up to attend a class somewhere. I provide equipment and the food products and do the cleanup! My fees are significantly lower than competitors as well.
I love seeing people get excited about cooking when they realize they can do things they didn't know they could. When people get to taste their own creations and see how delicious it is to cook for oneself it's very rewarding.

Easy to work with, knowledge on many levels, very organized, and the results are never a disappointment! Tonya Lacey helped me to cook s weeks worth of food ahead of time so that dinner was ready in 20 minutes. Made my evenings, after a long day of work, much more relaxed!

Tonya was super accommodating with my schedule and I found her pricing to be realistic compared to others on this site. I think next time I will ask more questions and be more specific because I didn't realize she knew a lot of the classic French sauces/bases that I would love to learn. Had a great time!
