Introduction: I provide customized service for a wide variety of event and functions. I use fresh quality product, smoked, Barbecued and prepared with great care and years of experience in creating exquisite food. We can serve groups of as few as 10 to hundreds. I can customize and create any menu needed and accommodate specialized dietary needs. I can also be found on Facebook at "Heaven on a Roll" I enjoy bringing great food at a great value too the customer. Be it a bride and groom, corporate office, party or attendees of public events. We specialize in Carilina BBQ, authentic delicious cheese steaks and other fare ranging from southern to Cajun. There is always a taste of heaven in every bite.
