Introduction: Service after the sale. With one person doing the design and install we limit communication issues and it gives us ownership to do a great job as promised. I enjoy working with customers to achieve an organized design they love and working with my hands to create order amongst chaos. We will install any brand of closet system you choose, but some systems are design to meet a price point and the quality usually suffers. We deal only with reputable manufacturers that back up their products.

Drew came to assemble our Sauder bookcase, and it looks great in our living room. He gave an estimated time of 90 minutes for the assembly, and he was done and gone in 90 minutes. He is very nice to work with. We will hire him again for our furniture assembly needs. Thanks Drew!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't work on an hourly basis. I quote most closets by the job, which includes design and Install. I prefer this method because i want to be fair if the job takes longer than expected. Also any return trips are not charged extra fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial meeting would be needed to measure the space and get an idea of what styles and design they would like. I would send a quote with design for final approval before install date is set and product is ordered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been through classes and received my residential builders license. I also have received factory design and installation training for both systems that I install.
