My friend and I have semi private lessons because my friend has Parkinson's and moves slower,is not comfortable in a regular big class. Natasha works with both of us together but still addresses our individual issues.. She is very positive in all aspects,a joy to have as an instructor. We now have class twice a week.
Ema is one of the most knowledgeable teachers of Yoga around. One aspect of Yoga that Ema knows well is the contraindications for each Yoga technique. There real (and sometimes serious) contraindications for each and every Yoga technique, and many Yoga teachers are not trained in them. Ema is one of the few teachers able to safely teach advanced Yoga techniques.

I've had the privilege of participating in Jackie's Baptiste Power yoga classes and the added benefit of a private session. If you haven't been to one of her classes you don't know what you are missing! They are some of the most intimate, fun and inspiring classes I have been to. Jackie is an amazing, genuine human being. It is impossible not to like her. She has a wealth of knowledge about yoga and the benefits and variations of each pose. She tailors each class to her students' needs and interests and ensures that every individual is safely working their "edge". Her adjustments allowed me to access postures more fully and truly deepen my practice. She is also a great motivator-- her belief (and encouragement) in your ability to push past your perceived limits is so powerful you will be amazed at what you can accomplish under her guidance. I always leave the class feeling so much more energetic, with a renewed sense of connection to my body. In addition to her gift of yoga, I have also on more than one occasion used her healthy (and yummy) recipes and eating tips! What an unbelievable gift she is sharing with the community!
I loved working with Val! I didn't always feel in the mood to workout but once I got started, I was always glad that I did.
