- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have several specials that we offer each season. For one week out of each season, we offer great discounts for 48 hours. (Winter, Fall, Spring, Summer we run a great deal at the beginning of each season). We customize each event according to our customers needs and budget, so our prices vary from event-to-event. I can assure you that we offer top of the line decor and planning for some of the greatest prices you'll find! We also pay for referrals!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, once a customer reaches out, we have an initial "getting to know you" phone conversation. After that, we meet to share and go over the client's vision for their special day and their needs. We get an understanding of what the client is looking for and what the client expects from us. First consultations are free. Should the client decide to book us, a deposit of $250 is required. This deposit does not change regardless to the amount of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Business Management with a minor in Communication. It has helped me immensely! I've been in business for 11 years. I love people! I think that my customer service skills make me a stand-out. Some things can't really be taught. I truly enjoy what I do Kindness, care, respect, and integrity are intricate parts of who I am; I think that my customers appreciate that more than anything! My greatest joy is making my customers smile. Usually after every meeting, my clients express feeling relieved and excited. Years of working with a variety of personalities has been my greatest training honestly. (smile)
