Working with Sheena is fantastic! She is professional, on time, and thorough. She always asks me what I am looking for as a customer, then adds her own special vision or style to it, and the result is the most amazing photographs of my kids and family! She has worked with my family on many ocasions over the last 3 years, and I could not be happier. Just when I think we have the best photos, she outdoes herself the next time! She has an amazing way of capturing the personality of all my kids. When friends and family see the outcome, what thing I hear the most is "That's his smile, or that's her expression" and that is what I'm looking for. She sends me the CD of printable photos ontime or ahead of schedule, and the shareable app she offers is awesome. She offers her help from start to finish, and I look forward to working with her again soon!

Sheena has photographed my family for the past year and a half. I wish I had found her earlier. She is patient with my little kids and very kid friendly and fun, engaging them in fun ways to bring out their personalities. She is full of great photo ideas and also listens to my vision and does a great job. I'm always happy with her photos and have a hard time picking which ones to print since they are all amazing. She also suggested having my high school senior do seasonal senior pics and I am soo happy she did. They have been beautiful and amazing and I will treasure them forever. She is very flexible in scheduling and accommodating my crazy schedule and she is fast with getting the photos edited and back to you. I would recommend her to anyone. She is so sweet and extremely talented.

I have hired Sheena to take pictures of my family before and I love her energy! When she asked me during my pregnancy if I had ever considered a birthing photo session before, I hesitated. It is such an intimate and emotional time. Not sure what to expect, I decided to just go for it. She was professional and creative; quiet yet excited. Granted I was a bit distracted but I didn't even notice her presence--she was able to hop around the room without being in the way of hospital staff and her creative eye truly captured the emotions of the experience. I didn't cry when my daughter was born, but I definitely did when I looked at the pictures afterward! During delivery, my focus was on the baby--I didn't notice how my husband looked at me until his feelings, fears, excitement and love were captured on film. Sheena documented little details that would have long been forgotten otherwise. I thought having a photographer present during delivery would be awkward, but I couldn't have been more mistaken. I highly recommend Sheena to all my friends and family for any occasion, but especially for this. Wow! Amazing work! My only regret is not having her there for the birth of my first child!

Sheena was the photographer for our girls night "Pinup Palooza" photoshoot at the Amway Grand. I was nervous going into this situation, as I had never had my picture professionally taken and consider myself to look really awkward in most photos. The thought of posing in lingerie made it more nerve-wracking. When Sheena began my session, I immediately started to warm up. She was calm and focused, and was very helpful in guiding me to the right poses. I could feel that she new exactly how to get the perfect shot, and made me feel natural in front of the camera lens. Our room was buzzing with women, and had a lot going on, but Sheena's energy and attention allowed my session to feel intimate and unique. When I received the results, I was floored! I felt beautiful when posing, but never expected anything so great. I love the poses, the lighting, the contrasts of color that she was able to capture! Sheena was quick to send me the pictures and quick to reply to my requests. I would recommend her for any type of photography, and especially if you are considering boudoir. It was a fun and empowering experience.

One of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process was booking Sheena Vogel Photography. Not only did our pictures turn out beautifully, but Sheena was also amazing to work with from beginning to end. Every photographer has their own unique style. Do your research and make sure you choose a photographer that is aligned with your vision.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before people actually get to work with me I don't think they understand how much I love photographing! I love, love, love chasing your kiddos when you think they're being bad, or working with the groom and all of his best friends while getting ready for the big day! Its humbling to me that you would choose me to pursue my passion when there are so many others folks out there to choose from!
