About this pro
I am not satisfied with my work until I hear that the customer is fully satisfied. It would only be then that I would consider the job done. I am always prompt, considerate and act in a professional manner at all times. This is my business and I am proud of the great reputation I have developed over the years. This is only done through hard work and caring about the customers needs and concerns. The ability to help people solve their home ownership problems, big or small. It's the sense of satisfaction that one gets once you know you have gotten the job got done well. I always try to go the extra mile and to be sure everything is done correctly and to the customers satisfaction.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to have a personal phone call to go over the general specifics of the work being planned and then a formal meeting going over the work in detail. I would then submit a formal proposal to the customer spelling out in detail exactly what the proposal includes. I then follow-up with the customer giving able opportunity to answer any questions or concerns and make any necessary changes to the scope of the work proposal. If the proposal is accepted I then keep in touch with the customer leading right up to the planned start date and then daily updates on the progress of the work as time goes by. Once all work is completed I do thorough walk through with the customer to be sure there are no omissions or other punch list items that need to be taken care of. Only once that is completed to the customers satisfaction would I present a final invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I hold a Bachelors Degree in Business from Babson College. I have held Real Estate Salesperson licenses in both Massachusetts and Michigan. I am a Licensed Residential Builder for the State of Michigan which has continuing education requirements.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I particularly like to get involved in kitchen and bathroom renovation work. It's where big transformations can take place in a home that most greatly affect the quality of life for the homeowners and where they can realize the greatest return on investment on the value of the home.
