Introduction: I physically enter all areas of the home including attics and crawl spaces and I walk on roofs whenever possible. I also offer a free walk-through of your home after closing to ensure repairs were done correctly and to familiarize you with the property. I've always been in and around real estate and construction my whole life. I enjoy looking into the nitty gritty of houses and my skill set fits very well with home inspections. Brett was great, the utilities had been turned off prior to inspection but we weren't made aware of that. He came back for a second time at no charge. He also was available to get in right away and had a great price!
