I had a shower that was dripping, Adam came out within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem, and left to go pick up the part. After a couple of hours he was back and installed the part. I told him about a lack of water pressure in my kitchen faucet. He took the nozzle off of the fixture and removed a little part designed to conserve water, put it back together and the water pressure is where it should be (No extra charge). We offer very low diagnostic fees for small jobs to see what the issue is in order to give you the best price possible. We also offer free in home estimates for larger jobs which may take some time to complete the work, this way we have a real understanding of what it takes to quote you project accurately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When we work with a new client we want to know all the information regarding the plumbing service they are seeking. This is why we offer very low cost diagnostic fees. We will come out to your home to assess your plumbing issue so we can give you an exact quote on the repair or install you need done. We then intern credit you back the diagnostic fee saving you even more money on your repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Master Plumbers take a classes every two years to be updated on any all the new codes. Our code book gets updated every two years.
