Zac is great! My computer died and I panicked because I had no backups. Zac picked it up and said he would bring it back in a few days. He did and it has been working exceptionally well. I think it was faster than when I first got it! He also backed up all my files and gave them to me. I think that my favorite part was how good he is at communicating. He always made sure to explain to me the problem and asked me before he did anything. Great price, great value, great service! He is honest, personable, and polite.
