Cindy Mannon is the best at what she does. I went 7 yrs without a licenses, 2008 dui convited, 2011 when paid all fines. 2012 started my self took a train fro Illinois was denied dmv gave me 1 yr to try again. Hired a atty bad mistake I didnt do more homework, month later got rid of him HE KEPT ALL MY MONEY HE ONLY MADE 2 CALLS TO ME. I'M telling u CINDY MANNON is well qualified, honest, trust worthy and the best for listening. Cindy goes out of her way and does not discriminate.
