- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session to evaluate clients body movement to know the strengths and possible weakness to build off of. Injury prevention to be coupled with the workouts to teach client how to strengthen the weaker parts of the body to prevent severe injury down the road. Teaching proper form continually along with motivation to remind client of their goals to continue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Continual annual renewals and more advanced certs along with adding more education based to new types of clientele. Medical journal updates and research
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Health has been a passion since i was 14 and helping others training and eat healthier has been part of my life for years.
