Molding or baseboards,
Enjoyed working with Testament. The query was answered almost immediately. He seemed more than fair. My attic staircase needed custom work and the craftsmanship was superb.Oct 1, 2018Verified
The work was done in a timely fashion. I was charged the price quoted. I would use Testament again.Sep 12, 2018Verified
Great experience. Responded really quickly and came out kind of last minute to make some repairs for us before we listed our home. Very polite and professional. Highly recommended.May 9, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing with Testament Superstruct is initially reflective of value and quality of workmanship utilizing software that determines how best to approach any assignment to both create profit for my business and fairly assess price/negotiation for client. Naturally, the larger a job the more savings for the client. With the assignment in progress for a long period of time, it is less time used on the breakdown of tools/ movement of equipment which is time consuming, time being money of course. A discount is also in place for assignments of multitude such as "full bath remodel" requiring tile, tub surrounds, drywall, vanity and/or fixtures to be installed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I ask a LOT of questions. Once a relationship is established clients become aware of the unknowns and how things to be worked around may affect time constraints on completion dates. We at Testament strive to complete assignments before given date of completion so clients can get back to their daily lives when it becomes interrupted by their homes being maintained or renewed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Beyond my 15 years experience in the field, there is no educational resource that can instill skill and quality output. Educational resources and training are simply for basics, basics can be learned under the right conditions, your first 5 years building homes from the ground up. If 10,000 hours is mastery (5 years exp) then my average of 3,000 work hours per year would equate to mastery 4 times over.
