FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to be helpful, and we want to earn a fair wage. Our prices are based upon what each customer can afford, and what we are comfortable with charging. All prices are negotiable, as we are just starting out. Once we have more experience in charging people for our services, we will adjust our prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So far, we have only worked by word of mouth, therefore, everyone we have worked for, was indirectly and/or directly knowledgeable of who we are, and we of them. So this is a little different, and we want to be safe. We will both work together at each residence, and we prefer a to do list, until we learn what each customer wants us to do in their home. Possibly, a cash up front deposit, if deemed necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dawn had been a stay at home Mom for years, and recently had been cleaning for someone else's business. She realized the need in the area, and decided to go out on her own. I was a bartender for 25 years in the area, and became a stay at home Mom for my youngest child, two years ago. When I decided to start earning money again, I realized that the bar, and the hours required, were no longer an option for me. I took business classes in college, earning an associate's in business degree for the hospitality industry. Together we have four decades of cleaning, cooking, organizing, shopping, and caring expertise.
