Yasu is my current trainer and I couldn't recommend him enough. I've had plenty of coaches and trainers over the years; this trainer in particular does a phenomenal job at upholding a healthful standard for whole-body training while maintaining a genuine, positive, and professional demeanor. He is diligent at creating effective and efficient exercise programs at timely intervals while staying ever mindful of client feedback. Throughout my various injuries or weak-spots (chronic health issues, tendonitis, knee issues, ect), he has been able to modify my program -- sometimes on the spot -- to ensure the session meets our goals. Further, there have been multiple times where I've chatted with him during the work out about current aches and pains I may have; he often has great recovery techniques to relay that are easy and accessible for me to do at home, after our session. After working with Yasu, it is clear that he has a solid education and substantial experience in physical training and biomechanics that supports his innate excitement for fitness and health.
