I had Ken out to replace my garbage disposal, kitchen sink and faucet. It turned out to be a bigger project than expected due to bad original plumbing. Not only was Ken up to the job, but he kept his word about the date/time of the project despite terrible weather that would have otherwise kept many others at home. The sink looks great and the disposal works wonderfully!

What a guy....He came, he loaded and indicated the price. I was shocked!! Thought it would be much more. We had a garage full of bulky carpeting and padding and he removed it in record breaking time. He even took some black garbage bags even though I told him he didn't have to. His response was that he wanted to save us from disposing of them. If we or anyone we know needs his type of service, he will absolutely get the call.

The job City Janitors was hired to perform was clean and disinfect the basement of my home. The sewer backed up and the company, Roto Rooter, I hired to snake the sewer left a horrible smelly mess and made no effort to clean up this mess. City Janitors arrived with a two man team and began removing the bacterial ridden debris. Then, they began cleaning. I was informed by City Janitors that most of the basement was wet. Consequently, some things had to be thrown out. They continued cleaning. They washed all the rooms in the basement and hosed down the basement. Then they disinfected the entire basement! Wow!! Did it smell great!! Then they emptied all the garbage. So all of the bacteria was out of the house. What an excellent. outstanding. professional job. Hopefully, the sewer incident won't recur. If it did I would use them again. I ill be using their maid service to do some deep cleaning for the holidays. I already know how well they clean. They are professional and conscientious.!! Warren and his co worker did a great job and were on time and very friendly.We had out garbage disposal put in, a couple of electrical switches installed and our curtain rods hung up as well. I had him do a few things around my apartment. Like things in my bathroom such as: A new flush for my toilet, a drain stop for my shower, new towel rack. David went out to get cleaning supplies and cleaned up for no additional charge. It would have improved the situation if he had brought garbage bags for the disposal. But overall, David was on time and performed quality work in about two hours. I was very satisfied by his elimination of dirty problem.
