From the start Keenan was very prompt in returning messages and emails and responding to my questions. The day of the event he arrived when he said he would. The photo booth was a hit with our attendees. The personalized template was great.

Our family wanted to add a photo booth last minute to our family reunion. Keenen went to work immediately to create our template. We only anticipated a regular design with the date and our family name. Keenen went over and beyond providing 3 templates for us to choose from. He was adamant about getting creating a template that met my satisfaction. They arrived an hr prior to our event start time to setup. Their setup is impressive. A large cube enclosure. We were able to get large group pictures with 10+ people. Our entire family enjoyed the booth. Ty, our hostess, was very friendly and assisted everyone with using the booth. If you are looking for a booth i would definitely recommend them. Thank you Ty and Keenen.

Had been hearing so much about photo booths from my friends so I decided to get one my birthday. The price of the booths are insane. I found Photo Phactory and not only were the prices within my budget I was able to get more hours because of the reasonably priced packages. If your from Detroit, you'll appreciate that the packages are named after streets in Detroit! Great way to represent the city. They are nice folks and my guests and I had a fun time in that photo booth
