- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a per-hour fee but can charge differently if the client doesn't like that system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The last course I did was my medical transcription course. The type of typing I do really doesn't require updating. It's simply typing what I hear, whether it's verbatim or summarizing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became a secretary because my mother was a secretary. I used to fill in when she was unavailable and knew that's what i wanted to do. My parents wanted me to go to college but I said I've already found something I enjoy - I don't need college. I've never regretted my decision
